OBJECTIVE

CFO Plus, LLC will provide end-to-end support in applying for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) loan program, handling all aspects of the process on behalf of the client, excluding the preparation of business plans and pro forma financial statements.

This full-service approach ensures that CFO Plus, LLC will handle all aspects of the SSBCI loan application process on behalf of the client, minimizing the burden on the client while maximizing the chances of approval. This end-to-end solution is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for securing funding through the SSBCI program.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Preparation of business plans or pro forma financial statements (clients may engage external providers for these services).

  • Legal or tax advisory services beyond loan-related activities.

 DELIVERABLES

  • Fully completed and submitted SSBCI loan application.

  • Organized and comprehensive set of supporting documents.

  • Regular updates on application progress and responses to agency inquiries.

  • Assistance with loan closing documentation.

 TIMELINE

 The timeline begins on the date the services agreement is signed.

  • Weeks 1-2: Initial consultation, eligibility assessment, and document gathering.

  • Weeks 3-4:   Application preparation, review, and submission.

  • Weeks 5-6: Post-submission monitoring, follow-ups, and loan closing assistance.

Note: Timeline is subject to change based on client responsiveness and the processing time of the bank and SSBCI program administrators.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide access to required documents, including financial records, licenses, and operational information.

  • Maintain open communication for prompt responses to queries or additional documentation requests.
